摘　　要：随着生活水平的提高及不良饮食习惯的影响,儿童及成年人肥胖症患病率日益增长。儿童肥胖症可以导致机体发生多种慢性代谢性疾病,并可能持续至其成年后,严重危害个体身心健康。运动及饮食疗法,是目前预防及治疗儿童肥胖症的有效手段,运动减脂对预防及治疗儿童肥胖症的作用机制研究,也是近年儿童保健领域研究的热点。科学运动可以诱导机体产生肌细胞因子(myokine)。myokine在儿童肥胖症患儿运动减脂过程中,发挥至关重要作用。笔者拟就myokine,如鸢尾素(irisin)、成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)21、白细胞介素(IL)-6及-15、肌肉生长抑制素(MSTN)等,在儿童肥胖症患儿运动减脂中作用的最新研究现状进行阐述,旨在为预防和治疗儿童肥胖症提供潜在靶点。With the improvement of living standards and the influence of poor diet habits,the prevalence of obesity in children and adults is increasing.Childhood obesity can lead to a variety of chronic metabolic diseases,which may persist into adulthood,seriously endangering the health of individuals.Exercise and diet therapy are effective means to prevent and treat childhood obesity.The mechanism of exercise in preventing and treating obesity is also a hot topic in the field of child health in recent years.Scientific exercise can induce the body to produce myokines,which play an important role in the process of fat reduction through exercise of children with childhood obesity.In this study,we intend to elaborate the latest research status of myokines,such as Irisin,fibroblast growth factor(FGF)21,interleukin(IL)-6,IL-15,myostatin(MSTN)and so on in the role of exercise fat reduction,in order to provide potential targets for the prevention and treatment of childhood obesity.
