摘　　要：免疫球蛋白G4(recombinant immunoglobulin, IgG4)相关胸膜疾病是IgG4相关性疾病(IgG4 related disease,IgG4-RD)主要累及胸膜的病变,可单发或同时累及胸膜外的组织、器官。IgG4相关胸膜疾病的主要特征为胸膜增厚和胸腔积液。其临床诊断困难,PET-CT、电子胸腔镜的临床应用,提高了IgG4相关胸膜疾病的诊断率。糖皮质激素是IgG4相关胸膜疾病的一线治疗方法。本文主要就IgG4相关胸膜疾病的临床表现、诊断、治疗进行综述。IgG4-related disease(IgG4-RD)is a chronic systemic and progressive autoimmune disease involving multiple organs or tissues,mainly involving pleural lesions,which can be single or pleural tissues and organs at the same time.The main characteristic of IgG4-related pleural disease are pleural thickening and pleural effusion.Due to the lack of characteristic clinical manifestations,the diagnosis is difficult,but the clinical application of PET-CT and electronic thoracoscopy improves IgG4-related the diagnosis of pleural diseases.Glucocorticoid is the first line IgG4 related pleural disease treatment.This article mainly IgG4 reviews pleural disease clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment.
