《竹林寺女科秘传》“月经四十症”用药规律及学术思想探析

摘　　要：目的:探讨《竹林寺女科秘传》“月经四十症”篇用药规律,总结其学术思想和演化新方。方法:收集《竹林寺女科秘传》“月经四十症”篇全部方剂;通过中医传承辅助平台V2.5建立数据库;采用关联规则Apriori算法、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类等方法进行数据统计与分析。结果:统计《竹林寺女科秘传》“月经四十症”篇方剂共43首,包含中药124味。使用药物频数≥10的药物有6味;药物归经频率最高为脾经;四气频率最高为温性;五味频率最高为辛味。获得高频药物组合16个;通过关联规则分析得到10条药物关联规则;演化得到核心药物组合10个、新处方10首。结论:《竹林寺女科秘传》调经重视调理气血、强调温脾、注重疏肝,其演化新方为妇科月经病的诊治提供了新的思路。Objective:To explore the medication rule of forty symptoms of menstruation in Zhulinsi Nvke Mizhuan(《竹林寺女科秘传》),and to summarize its academic thought and new evolutionary prescriptions.Methods:All the prescriptions of forty symptoms of menstruation in Zhulinsi Nvke Mizhuan were collected,and the database was established through the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Platform System(V2.5)software.The data were statistically analyzed by association rule Apriori algorithm,improved mutual information method and complex system entropy clustering.Results:There were 43 prescriptions of forty symptoms of menstruation in Zhulinsi Nvke Mizhuan,and there were 124 kinds of TCM medicines,and 6 of which were used more than 10 times,the highest frequency of meridian was spleen meridian,the highest frequency of four Qi(气)was warmth,and the highest frequency of five flavors was pungent flavor.Sixteen high-frequency drug combinations were obtained,with 10 drug association rules were obtained by association rule analysis,and 10 core drug combinations and 10 new prescriptions were obtained by evolution.Conclusion:The method of regulating menstruation in Zhulinsi Nvke Mizhuan focuses on regulating Qi and blood,warming the spleen and soothing the liver,the new evolutionary prescriptions provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological menstrual diseases.
