冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病从脾论治经验总结

摘　　要：近年来,心脑血管疾病已经成为我国居民健康的第一大杀手,发病率高于恶性肿瘤及其他疾病并且呈现逐年增高的趋势。冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)是心脑血管疾病中的一种,主要是由于心脏冠状动脉狭窄导致血流不能正常给心肌供血而引发一系列临床症状,主要临床症状为心绞痛、心肌梗死。中医在治疗冠心病方面有一定优势。甘肃省名中医曹宝国主任在长期临床实践中积累了大量的经验。他总结发现,冠心病的发生、发展与脾有密切关系,脾虚为其发病的关键。曹宝国在长期的临床实践中总结经验,认为冠心病的治疗应以脾为主,提出了补脾以化痰祛湿,调脾以助行气,健脾以助运化的治疗原则,同时根据患者自身的具体症状和病情的发展辨证论治,在不同的阶段予以不同的治疗,取得了明显的疗效。文章通过案例介绍曹宝国主任从脾论治冠心病的经验,以期为临床提供新思路、新方法。In recent years,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have become the first health killer of Chinese residents.Its incidence rate is higher than malignant tumors and other diseases,and shows a trend of increasing year by year.Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(coronary heart disease for short)is one of the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.It is mainly because the blood flow can not normally supply blood to the myocardium due to coronary artery stenosis,thus causing a series of clinical symptoms.Its main manifestations are angina pectoris,and myocardial infarction.TCM has certain advantages in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Director CAO Baoguo,a famous TCM practitioner in Gansu Province,has accumulated a lot of medical experience in long-term clinical practice.He has concluded that the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease is closely related to the spleen,and spleen deficiency is the key to its pathogenesis.CAO Baoguo summed up his experience in long-term clinical practice and considered that the treatment of coronary heart disease should be based on the spleen,and put forward the therapeutic principles of resolving phlegm and removing dampness to tonify the spleen,regulate the spleen to regulate Qi(气),and invigorate the spleen to help metabolism.at the same time,according to the specific symptoms of patients and the development of the disease,different treatments were given in different stages,and obvious curative effect was achieved.Director CAO Baoguo’s clinical experience in the treatment of coronary heart disease from the perspective of spleen is introduced in this paper,hoping to provide new ideas and treatment methods for clinical practice of the disease.
