摘　　要：当归四逆汤出自张机(字仲景)《伤寒论》,具有温经散寒、养血通脉的作用,用于治疗“血虚寒厥”所致诸证,是临床常用的著名药方。张海生教授从医多年,在临床中灵活运用当归四逆汤治疗血虚寒凝所致的痛经、糖尿病周围神经病变、冻疮等,疗效显著。张海生教授临证加减时主张以证选方,整体分析,脉证从舍,同时根据血虚寒凝的程度进行加减用药。其治疗充分体现了“异病同治”与“辨病与辨证相结合”的诊疗理念。当归四逆汤主治血虚寒凝证,具有活血化瘀、散寒止痛之功,现已被广泛应用于临床。文章介绍了张教授的二则病例,患者甲为血虚寒凝、瘀阻胞宫型痛经;患者乙为血虚寒凝型消渴病痹病。两则案例虽病名不同,但均为血虚受寒,阳气失于温煦,不能推动气血运行,脉道不通所致,两患者均用当归四逆汤,疗效显著,体现其异病同治学术思想。文章介绍张海生教授活用当归四逆汤经验,以期为临床提供借鉴。he Danggui Sini decoction(当归四逆汤)comes from Shanghan Lun(《伤寒论》),a classical work of TCM medical sage ZHANG Ji.It has the functions of warming meridians,dispersing cold,nourishing blood,and dredging veins.It is used to treat various diseases caused by blood deficiency and cold syncope.It is a famous prescription commonly used in clinical practice.Professor ZHANG Haisheng has been practicing medicine for many years,and has flexibly used the Danggui Sini decoction in the clinical treatment of diseases caused by blood deficiency and cold coagulation such as dysmenorrhea,diabetic peripheral neuropathy,chilblain,etc.,with remarkable curative effects.In clinical treatment,Professor ZHANG Haisheng advocated the selection of prescription based on syndrome,overall analysis,and the addition and subtraction of drugs according to the degree of blood deficiency and cold coagulation.This therapy fully reflects the diagnosis and treatment concept of treating different diseases by the same treatment method and combining disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation.The Danggui Sini decoction mainly treats the syndrome of blood deficiency and cold coagulation,which has the function of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,dispelling cold and relieving pain,and has been widely used in clinic.This article introduces two cases of Professor ZHANG,in which patient A had blood deficiency and cold coagulation and obstructive the uterus of dysmenorrhea;Patient B has blood deficiency and cold coagulation type of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Although the names of the two cases are different,the causes are blood deficiency and cold,Yang Qi(阳气)can not promote the movement of Qi and blood,and the meridians are blocked.Both patients used the Danggui Sini decoction,which had remarkable efficacy and reflected their academic thinking of treating different diseases by the same treatment method.In this paper,the experience of Professor ZHANG Haisheng in flexiblely treating disease with the Danggui Sin
