新型冠状病毒感染后中医药治疗验案三则

摘　　要：近几年新型冠状病毒肆虐全球,中医在此次防治新型冠状病毒感染的战斗中起到了重要作用,做出了重大贡献。笔者(县市抗击新型冠状病毒感染疫情中医药救治专家组的成员)在月余时间集中接诊了大量的新型冠状病毒感染患者。在临床实践中观察到受地域、季节和体质差异的影响,在感染中后期大量的新型冠状病毒感染患者出现明显气阴两伤、余热未清的临床表现。有的新型冠状病毒感染患者中后期会表现出口渴、心悸、乏力、失眠、健忘等诸多症状。中医运气学说包含着丰富的哲学以及理论,对中医学术的发展具有积极的意义,现代多数医家学者认为运气学说与气候变化、人类疾病流行息息相关,运气学说可以有效指导临床用药。笔者从中医运气学说分析,结合“三因”(内因、外因、不内外因)致病理论,中西医结合治疗新型冠状病毒感染取得了良好的治疗效果。在方药应用上,采用“三方三药”,如清肺排毒汤、小青龙汤、小柴胡加石膏汤等,辨证施治、方证结合、扶正祛邪。文章结合案例3则,介绍从运气学说入手治疗新型冠状病毒感染经验,以期为临床提供参考。In recent years,the novel coronavirus has spread around the world.TCM has played an important role in the fight against novel coronavirus and made significant contributions.The author(a member of the expert group of TCM treatment for counties and cities to fight novel coronavirus)received a large number of patients infected with the novel coronavirus in a short period of time.In clinical practice,it has been observed that due to the influence of regional,seasonal and physical differences,a large number of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)patients in the middle and late stages of infection have obvious injuries of Qi-yin(气阴)and lingering heat.Some COVID-19 patients showed thirst,palpitations,fatigue,insomnia,amnesia and many other symptoms in the middle and late stages.The theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors contains rich philosophy and theories of TCM.Most modern medical scholars believe that the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors is closely related to climate change and the prevalence of human diseases,and the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors can effectively guide clinical medication.Based on the analysis of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors theory in TCM,combined with the three types of disease causes(internal cause,external cause,non-endo-non-exogenous cause)pathogenic theory,the integrative medicine has achieved good therapeutic results in the treatment of COVID-19.In the application of prescription,the author adopted three TCM drugs and three herbal formulas,such as the Qingfei Paidu decoction(清肺排毒汤),the Xiaoqinglong decoction(小青龙汤),the Xiaochaihu Shigao decoction(小柴胡加石膏汤),etc..This article introduces the experience in treating COVID-19 from the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in combination with 3 cases in order to provide more reference for clinical practice.
