强心康颗粒联合耳穴“双心同治”疗法对慢性心力衰竭疗效的观察

摘　　要：目的:观察强心康颗粒联合耳穴疗法治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:筛选吉林省中医药科学院符合研究方案的病案72例,随机平均分配为观察组和对照组。对照组采用强心康颗粒、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、β受体阻滞剂、利尿剂进行单纯药物治疗,观察组在对照组方案的基础上增加耳穴疗法治疗,疗程为4周。治疗后观察两组患者的中医证候积分、心功能疗效、6 min步行试验疗效、GAD-7疗效、睡眠疗效,并对安全性指标统计,注意观察两组患者的临床表现。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患者的中医证候、心功能分级、6 min步行试验、7项广泛性焦虑障碍量表(Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale-7,GAD-7)、睡眠时间等指标均明显改善,观察组改善程度优于对照组;两组患者的氨基末端B型利钠肽前体均明显改善,观察组与对照组疗效相当。结论:强心康颗粒联合耳穴疗法充分发挥中医药治疗心力衰竭的优势,内服外治结合,双心同治,疗效确切,操作简单,尤其对合并多器官疾病或口服药物耐受不佳的心力衰竭患者具有独特的治疗价值。bjective:To observe the effect of the co-treatment of heart disease and mental illness therapy by the Qiangxinkang granules(强心康颗粒)plus auricular point sticking on chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of 72 cases were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the Qiangxinkang granules,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor,βreceptor blockers and diuretics alone.The observation group was given auricular point sticking more.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome,cardiac function grade,6-minute walking test,GAD-7 and sleep time in the two groups were significantly ameliorated compared with those before treatment,and the amelioration in the observation group was better than the control group.After treatment,the level of N-terminal probrain natriuretic peptide in both groups were significantly ameliorated compared with before treatment,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:The Qiangxinkang granules plus auricular point sticking for co-treatment of heart disease and mental illness significantly improved the curative effect in the treatment of chronic heart failure.
