桃红四物汤联合中药熏蒸对创伤骨折后骨质疏松症患者骨折愈合及炎症抑制作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨桃红四物汤联合中药熏蒸治疗创伤骨折后骨质疏松症患者骨折及抑制炎症效果。方法:选择2017年2月-2019年2月福建省建瓯市立医院创伤骨折后骨质疏松症患者98例,按照抽签法将以上患者分为研究组(51例)和对照组(47例)。对照组给予维D钙咀嚼片、骨肽注射液治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采用桃红四物汤联合中药熏蒸治疗。比较两组治疗疗效、中医证候积分、炎症因子水平、骨密度。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);瘀斑、肿胀及疼痛证候积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-1及白细胞介素-6水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);骨密度指标骨碱性磷酸酶显著低于对照组(P<0.05);骨钙素显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤联合中药熏蒸可增强创伤骨折后骨质疏松症患者骨密度,促进骨折愈合,改善微循环及骨质疏松,抑制炎症释放,促进预后恢复。bjective:To study the effect of the Taohong Siwu decoction(桃红四物汤)plus fumigation of TCM medicine on fracture healing and inflammation of post-traumatic osteoporosis.Methods:A total of 98 patients with osteoporosis after traumatic fracture who received treatment from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected for this study.According to theO method of drawing lots,they were divided into the study group(51 cases)and the control group(47 cases),and the control group was treated with vitamin D calcium chewable tablets and bone peptide injection.On the basis in the control group,the study group was treated with the Taohong Siwu decoction plus TCM medicine fumigation.The treatment efficacy,TCM syndrome score,inflammatory factor level,bone mineral density were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of ecchymosis,swelling and pain were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 in serum were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).BALP was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).BGP was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the two groups did not show a statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Taohong Siwu decoction plus TCM medicine fumigation can enhance bone mineral density,promote fracture healing,ameliorate microcirculation and osteoporosis,inhibit the release of inflammation,and promote the recovery of prognosis.
