摘  要:利用不同量的甲基苯基二甲氧基硅烷(MPDS)改性松香基乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(AR-EGDE),制备了一系列的AE系列的环氧单体。红外光谱(IR)、环氧值和溶胀性能测试结果表明,在120℃时小分子有机硅MPDS与AR-EGDE发生了酯交换反应;当MPDS的质量为AR-EGDE的40%时,改性树脂耐水性较好;最佳固化剂量受极性基团和交联密度共同影响,其量为60 phr时,AEH4-6的吸水率最低。热失重分析表明,MPDS的引入提高了树脂的初始降解温度,且改性树脂的残留质量远大于理论计算值,这是因为树脂在受热过程中可在其表面形成致密的含硅炭层,该炭层提高了材料的耐热性。动态机械性能(DMA)测试表明,MPDS的引入降低了改性树脂的储能模量及玻璃化转变温度,但改性树脂AEH4-6的拉伸强度与未改性的AEE-6相当。A series of AE epoxy monomers were prepared by modifying rosin-based ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether(AR-EGDE)with different amounts of methylphenyldimethoxysilane(MPDS).The chemical structure of the AEH was determined by infrared spectroscopy(IR)and epoxy value testing.The swelling performance test showed that the optimum temperature for preparing AE epoxy monomer was 120℃.AEH4 series resin(the mass of MPDS is 40%of AR-EGDE)has the best water resistance.The amount of curing agent was affected by both polar groups and crosslinking density.When the amount is 60phr,the crosslinking density of the resin(AEH4-6)was the largest.The thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)results showed that the introduction of MPDS increased the initial degradation temperature of the resin.Moreover,the residual mass of the modified resins were much more than the theoretical calculation value.This is because the resins can form a dense silicon-containing carbon layer on its surface during heating and the layer improves the heat resistance and flame retardancy of the material.Dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA)showed that the introduction of MPDS reduced the storage modulus and glass transition temperature of the resins.However,the tensile strength value of AEH4-6(one of MPDS modified resins)was equivalent to that of unmodified AEE-6.
