摘 要:电磁层析成像(Electromagnetic Tomography,EMT)技术相较于传统的无损检测技术具有非侵入、非接触、无危害的特点,有着广阔的应用前景。对EMT技术中的正问题的研究旨在通过建立模型研究系统的参数变化对测量值的影响,对敏感场特性的研究直接关系到后续进行图像重建所提取的物场特征信息变化敏感程度,进而会直接影响成像质量。在之前的研究中对EMT的成像范围尚未有比较精确的规范,针对敏感场中激励频率与物场特性的变化,利用有限元仿真软件(COMSOL Multiphysics)对EMT系统的激励系统进行仿真分析,不同于传统的对互感值进行研究的方法,选择了更加直观的电压值,最终得出在不同激励频率与不同物场特性下的拟合曲线,获得了系统敏感场参数变化与测量值的关系,通过该研究确定了EMT系统的有效检测范围,提高了EMT系统检测的准确性,更有利于后续进行高质量的图像重建。Compared with the traditional non-destructive testing technology,electromagnetic tomography(EMT)has the characteristics of being non-invasive,non-contact and harmless,and has great application prospects.The research on the forward problem in the EMT technology aims to study the influence of parameter changes of the system on the measured value by establishing a model.The research on the characteristics of the sensi-tive field is directly related to the change sensitivity of the object field feature information extracted from the subsequent image reconstruction,and then directly affects the imaging quality.In the previous research,there was no precise specification for the imaging range of EMT.Finite element simulation software(COMSOL Mul-tiphysics)is used to simulate and analyze the excitation system of the EMT system in view of the changes in the excitation frequency and object field characteristics in the sensitive field.Unlike the traditional method of studying mutual inductance,more intuitive voltage values are selected,the fitting curves under different excita-tion frequencies and object field characteristics are finally obtained,and the relationship between the changes in system sensitive field parameters and the measured values is obtained.Through this study,the effective detection range of the EMT system is determined,which improves the accuracy of the EMT system and is more conducive to subsequent high-quality image reconstruction.
