摘 要:为探究紫外辐照对海水细菌、浮游植物及理化性质的影响,选取烟台芝罘岛北岛海域的养殖水样,采用4000 W和2500 W紫外灯分别进行0~10 min辐照,检测了辐照后0~48 h内海水细菌、浮游植物及理化性质的变化,分析了辐照功率、辐照时间对各项指标的影响。实验结果表明,紫外辐照可以有效抑制弧菌和异养菌,降低浮游植物密度,降低海水pH,引起活性磷和氨氮的波动。To explore the effect of ultraviolet(UV)irradiation on bacteria,phytoplankton and physicochemical property of seawater,the aquaculture seawater samples of north island of Yantai Zhifu is selected and irradiated for 0-10 min by using UV lamp of 4000 W and 2500 W respectively.The changes of bacteria,phytoplankton and physicochemical property are detected within 0-48 h,and the effects of UV irradiation power and time on the targets are analyzed.The results indicate that UV irradiation can effectively inhibit Vibrio and heterotrophic bacteria,reduce the density of phytoplankton and seawater pH,and cause the fluctuation of active phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen.
