摘  要:对于IT类和非IT类负载,UPS容量计算大多数都是以最大配比值进行设计,这样设计出来的UPS系统不经济不合理,还有依据个人经验进行配比,造成UPS系统满足不了实际需求的案例,所以结合本人的工作经验以及参考相关资料,拟出一个可以应用在不同应用场景的UPS容量计算的方法,作者以国标和设计规范当中的UPS容量计算公式为基础,并考虑到行业内从业者的接受程度,进行优化后得到一个的公式,只需要依据各行业中负载设备的工作特点和电气特性,对计算公式中的各系数进行合理取值,就可以计算出经济合理UPS系统。并通过对IT类和非IT类设备(电动机)进行举例,证明推导出来的UPS容量计算公式在理论上可行。希望推导出来的公式可以在UPS行业内进行推广,从而解决从业者的实际问题,以及给用户节约采购成本。Summary:for IT class and non-IT class load,UPS capacity calculation is mostly designed by the maximum ratio,so the design of UPS system is neither economical nor reasonable.There were also cases where UPS system cannot meet actual needs due to personal experience in matching.So combined with the author's work experience and reference to relevant information,this paper proposed a UPS capacity calculation method that can be applied to different scenarios.The author optimizes and obtains a formula based on the calculation formula of UPS capacity in the National Standard and design specification,taking the acceptance of practitioners in the industry into consideration.The economic and reasonable UPS system can be calculated by reasonable value of the coefficients in the calculation formula according to the working characteristics and electrical characteristics of the load equipment in various industries.Through the examples of IT and non-IT equipment(motor),this paper has proved that the calculation formula of UPS capacity is feasible in theory.We hope that the formula can be extended in the UPS industry to solve the practical problems of practitioners and to save the cost of procurement for users.
