摘　　要：随着医院信息化建设的不断深入发展,病案数据越来越重要和宝贵,病案信息工作更是得到了空前的重视。而作为其中最重要的环节——病案资料的收集却是病案管理工作中较为薄弱的一环。在病案收集与流转过程中最大的隐患存在于纸质病案的运输行为和保管工作之中。如何安全、完整、及时地把纸质病案从医务工作者手中传输到病案管理工作人员手中非常重要。为实现病案资料的安全交接,智能病案收集柜应运而生,使用智能病案收集柜,能及时掌握病案资料交接的详细信息,明确每一个病区具体的交接人、病案收集者信息、交接时间和具体地点,能够更好的保障病案资料的安全交接。With the continuous development of hospital information construction,the medical record data is becoming more and more important and valuable,and the medical record information work has received unprecedented attention.As the most important link,the collection of medical record data is a relatively weak link in medical record management.In the process of collecting and transferring medical records,the biggest hidden trouble lies in the transportation and storage of paper medical records.How to safely,completely and timely transfer paper medical records from the hands of medical workers to the hands of medical record management staff is very important.In order to realize the safe handover of medical records,the intelligent medical record collection cabinet came into being.The use of intelligent medical record collection cabinet can timely master the detailed information of the handover of medical record data,and clarify the specific handover person,information of medical record collector,handover time and specific location of each ward,so as to better guarantee the safe handover of medical record data.
