摘　　要：血浆广泛运用于临床上补充凝血因子,纠正凝血功能障碍。但是目前用以指导临床血浆合理输注的高质量证据有限,血浆不规范输注现象仍然存在。医疗机构的有效监管有助于血浆合理、规范使用,有利于加强患者血液管理。本文基于国内外输血指南及临床试验研究回顾,旨在对血浆输注的合理性、有效性及安全性,及血浆使用管理进行综述。Plasma is widely used in clinical supplementation of coagulation factors to correct coagulation dysfunction.However,at present,there is limited high-quality evidence to guide rational plasma infusion in clinical practice,and the phenomenon of non-standard plasma infusion still exists.Effective supervision of medical institutions is conducive to the rational and effective use of plasma and the strengthening of patient blood management.Based on domestic and foreign blood transfusion guidelines and clinical tr ials,this review aims to review the rationality,effectiveness and safety of plasma infusion,as well as the management of plasma use.
