摘　　要：目的建立郑州地区健康育龄女性血清抗心磷脂抗体(aCL)和抗β2-糖蛋白Ⅰ抗体(aβ2GPⅠ)的参考区间。方法纳入2021年1月至2022年8月在郑州大学第二附属医院行孕前优生的243例健康育龄女性,采用磁微粒化学发光法(CLIA)检测aCL和aβ2GPⅠ-IgA/IgM/IgG,并用非参数法计算各百分位值。结果剔除离群值后,aCL和aβ2GPⅠ-IgA/IgM/IgG的P 99分别为5.43、29.11、3.43 RU·mL^(-1)和5.02、14.97、2.18 RU·mL^(-1),P 97.5分别为5.04、22.24、2.71 RU·mL^(-1)和3.85、13.17、<2 RU·mL^(-1),P 95分别为4.02、14.38、2.44 RU·mL^(-1)和3.29、11.02、<2 RU·mL^(-1)。与厂家根据200例健康献血者获得aCL和aβ2GPⅠ-IgA/IgM/IgG的参考值20 RU·mL^(-1)(P 95)相比,本研究获得的P 95降低,P 99除了aCL-IgM外也降低。结论本研究初步建立了本地区健康育龄女性aCL和aβ2GPⅠ-IgA/IgM/IgG的参考区间,对产科抗磷脂综合征及非典型产科抗磷脂综合征患者的早期识别有重要临床价值。Objective To establish the reference intervals of serum anticardiolipin antibody(aCL)and anti-β2-glycoprotein-Ⅰantibodies(aβ2GPⅠ)in healthy women of childbearing age in Zhengzhou.Methods A total of 243 healthy women of childbearing age who underwent pre-pregnancy eugenics in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2021 to August 2022 were enrolled.Chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassay(CLIA)was used to detect the levels of aCL and aβ2GPⅠ-IgA/IgM/IgG,and the percentile values were calculated by non-parameter method.Results After excluding outliers,the P 99 of aCL and aβ2GPⅠ-IgA/IgM/IgG were 5.43,29.11,3.43 RU·mL^(-1) and 5.02,14.97,2.18 RU·mL^(-1),the P 97.5 were 5.04,22.24,2.71 RU·mL^(-1) and 3.85,13.17,<2 RU·mL^(-1),the P 95 were 4.02,14.38,2.44 RU·mL^(-1) and 3.29,11.02,<2 RU·mL^(-1),respectively.Compared with the reference value of aCL and aβ2GPⅠ-IgA/IgM/IgG of 20 RU·mL^(-1)(P 95)obtained by the manufacturer based on 200 healthy blood donors,the P 95 obtained in this study was lower,and P 99 was also lower except for aCL-IgM.Conclusion The reference intervals of aCL and aβ2GPⅠ-IgA/IgM/IgG in healthy women of childbearing age in this area have been preliminarily established.It has important clinical value for early identification of patients with obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome and non-criteria obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome.
