摘　　要：目的探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)溶栓患者采用目标管理联合质量反馈护理的效果。方法选取2021年10月至2022年11月郑州市第一人民医院收治的96例ACI溶栓患者,按照随机数字表法分成干预组(48例)与对照组(48例),对照组接受常规护理干预,干预组接受目标管理联合质量反馈护理,比较两组治疗依从性、神经功能、肢体功能、不良事件发生率。结果干预后两组美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分降低(P<0.05),干预组评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);干预后两组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估量表(FMA)评分提高(P<0.05),干预组评分较对照组更高(P<0.05);干预组不良事件发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论目标管理联合质量反馈护理应用于ACI溶栓患者中,可提高患者治疗依从性,改善神经功能及肢体功能,减少不良事件发生。Objective To explore the effect of management by objectives combined with quality feedback nursing in thrombolytic patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods A total of 96 patients with ACI thrombolysis who were admitted in the First People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from October 2021 to November 2022 were selected,and they were divided into the intervention group(48 cases)and the control group(48 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the intervention group was given management by objectives combined with quality feedback nursing.The treatment compliance,neurological function,limb function and adverse event incidence of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and in comparison of the control group,the score of the intervention group was lower(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA)in both groups were increased(P<0.05),and in comparision of the control group,the score in the intervention group was higher(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of management by objectives combined with quality feedback nursing in thrombolytic patients with ACI thrombolysis can improve treatment compliance of patients,improve neurological functionand and limb functions,and reduce adverse events.
