摘  要:本研究为探索夏播饲草高效利用途径,采用单因素完全随机设计,分别用聚乙烯膜制作豫青贮23号青贮、夏播大卡饲用高粱青贮和两种原料以5∶5比例混合的裹包青贮,分别设为A组、B组和C组,每个处理3个重复。发酵65d时开封,比较青贮的发酵品质及营养成分。结果表明,A组、B组和C组的感官评价结果均为19分,属优等青贮,青贮香味浓、颜色青绿、结构清晰,家畜适口性强;A组、B组和C组的总挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)、乙酸(AA)、丙酸(PA)、异丁酸(IDA)、丁酸(DA)、异戊酸(IA)、戊酸(VA)等有机酸含量组间差异均不显著(P>0.05);B组的NH_(3)-N/TN值达9.18%,显著高于A组和C组(p<0.05);C组的NH_(3)-N/TN值为4.27%,显著低于A组和C组(P<0.05)。因此,混合青贮有利于降低饲用高粱在青贮发酵过程中蛋白的损失,改善青贮发酵品质。This study have compared the silage quality of summer seeding(replanted after wheat harvest)silage maize and forage sorghum to choose a good way for using.When harvest time,One factor design was used to investigate the quality of pre-silage No.23 maize,darger forage sorghum and their 5∶5 mixed were ensiled by wrapping package polythelene membrane for 65 days,The treatments were respectively group A,group B and group C,Each treatment repeated three times.The results show that the sensory scores of group A,group B and group C are all 19,which are good silage with green color,aromatic flavor and palatability for cattle and sheep.There is no significant difference in the contents of VFA、AA、PA、IDA、DA、IA and VA eatl organic acids among the treatments(P>0.05).The ratio of NH_(3)-N/TN in group B is 9.18%.It’s higher than that of group A and group C(P<0.05)There is no significant difference in group A and group C.The ratio of NH_(3)-N/TN in group C is 4.27%.So mixed silage has reduced nutrient loss during fermentation and improving fermentation quality of forage sorghum silage.DM、NDF、CP、EE、Ash of each treatment has no significant difference between group A,group B and group C(P>0.05).
