摘　　要：目的:探讨LEARNS模式联合微视频在下腔静脉滤器植入术后病人健康教育中的应用效果。方法:选取行下腔永久型静脉滤器植入术的80例病人,2021年1—6月入院的40例病人设为对照组,2021年7—12月入院的40例病人设为观察组。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组在常规健康教育的基础上实施LEARNS模式联合微视频的健康教育,出院后3个月比较两组病人疾病知识掌握情况、自我护理能力、满意度和术后并发症发生情况。结果:出院3个月后,观察组病人疾病知识掌握情况、自我护理能力、病人满意度均高于对照组(P<0.001),滤器倾斜移位、滤器内血栓形成不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:LEARNS模式合并微视频能有效提高下腔静脉滤器植入术病人疾病相关知识掌握情况、自我护理能力和病人满意度,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To explore the effect of LEARNS mode combined with microvideo in health education of patients undergoing inferior vena cava filter implantation.Methods:80 patients with permanent inferior vena cava filter implantation were included in our study,in which 40 patients admitted from January to June 2021 were set as the control group,and 40 patients admitted from July to December 2021 were set as the observation group.Routine health education was given to the control group.The observation group was given the health education of LEARNS mode combined with microvideo on the basis of routine health education.Disease‑related knowledge,self‑care ability,satisfaction and postoperative complications of the two groups was compared 3 months after discharge.Results:3 months after discharge,disease‑related knowledge,self‑care ability and patient satisfaction of the observation group were all better than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of filter tilt displacement and thrombosis around filter was lower in observation group than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of LEARNS mode combined with microvideo can effectively improve the disease‑related knowledge,self‑care ability and satisfaction in patients with inferior vena cava filter implantation,and reduce the incidence of complications.
