摘　　要：建设中医文献智库是新发展机遇下中医药事业谋求新的更高发展的重要举措。本文首先对中医文献智库的内涵进行了明确,认为其主要功能应该是提供学术性咨询。并从当前历史机遇、现实需要、学科要求等外部环境和内部发展等方面分析了建设中医文献智库的必要性、紧迫性。本文厘清目前业已具备的良好基础和条件,对可能的发展路径进行了有关探讨和展望,认为其在学术领域中应用重点为重塑学术思维、评价项目科学性及引领临床实践创新等方面。本文对当前面临的建设中医文献智库可能存在的问题进行了充分的论证并给出初步的解决方案,提出建设中医文献智库的具体对策建议。The construction of traditional Chinese medicine literature think tank is an important measure for the new and higher development of traditional Chinese medicine under the new development opportunity.Firstly,this paper clarifies the connotation of traditional Chinese medicine literature think tank and believes that its main function should be to provide academic consultation.It also analyzes the necessity and urgency of constructing traditional Chinese medicine literature think tank from the aspects of external environment and internal development such as current historical opportunities,practical needs,discipline requirements,etc.This paper clarifies the existing good foundation and conditions,discusses and prospects the possible development path,believes that its application in the academic field focuses on reshaping academic thinking,evaluating the scientificity of projects and leading the innovation of clinical practice.This paper fully demonstrates the problems that may exist in the current construction of traditional Chinese medicine literature think tank,gives preliminary solutions,and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of traditional Chinese medicine literature think tank.
