摘　　要：目的探究萨提亚模式的护理干预对乳腺癌患者心理状态及自我效能的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月江苏省人民医院实施的乳腺癌治疗术患者200例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组100例。对照组进行常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上进行基于萨提亚模式的护理干预。比较干预前后两组心理健康连续体量表简版(MHC-SF)及自我效能量表(GSES)评分。结果干预后,两组MHC-SF评分均低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组GSES评分均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于乳腺癌患者,实施基于萨提亚模式的护理干预,可有效改善患者心理状态,提升自我效能。Objective To explore the effect of Satya model nursing intervention on mental state and self-efficacy of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 200 patients undergoing breast cancer treatment in Jiangsu Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected.By random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received nursing intervention based on Satya model on the basis of the control group.The mental health continuum-short form(MHC-SF)and general self-efficacy scale(GSES)scores of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,MHC-SF scores of both groups were lower than before intervention,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,GSES scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For breast cancer patients,the implementation of nursing intervention based on the Satya model can effectively improve the psychological state of patients and enhance self-efficacy.
