摘  要:心力衰竭是各种原因所致心脏疾病的终末阶段,β肾上腺素能受体信号通路异常是心力衰竭发生、发展的重要病理生理机制之一。三种β肾上腺素能受体介导的信号通路及受体数量异常在心力衰竭发生、发展中发挥着不同的病理生理作用,如β_(1)肾上腺素能受体介导的钙离子/钙调蛋白依赖性激酶Ⅱ信号,β_(2)、β_(3)肾上腺素能受体介导的Gi蛋白信号。本文主要综述三种β肾上腺素能受体信号通路在心力衰竭时的不同病理意义,以及中西医通过改善β肾上腺素能受体信号转导防治心力衰竭的研究进展。Heart failure is the terminal stage of heart disease caused by various causes,and abnormalβadrenergic receptor signaling pathway is one of the important pathophysiological mechanisms for the occurrence and development of heart failure.Three kinds ofβadrenergic receptor mediated signaling pathways and abnormal number of receptors play different pathophysiological roles in the occurrence and development of heart failure,such asβ1 adrenergic receptor mediated Ca^(2+)/calmodulin dependent protein kinaseⅡsignaling,β_(2) and β_(3) adrenergic receptor mediated Gi protein signaling.This article mainly reviews the different pathological significance of the threeβadrenergic receptor signaling pathways in heart failure,and the research progress of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the prevention and treatment of heart failure by improvingβadrenergic receptor signaling.
