摘　　要：目的分析纽曼系统护理在颈动脉狭窄支架植入术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年3月至2022年5月首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院收治的颈动脉狭窄支架植入术后患者120例,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组60例。对照组应用常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上应用纽曼系统护理。比较两组干预前后心理状态、自我护理能力、睡眠质量及服药依从性。结果干预后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于干预前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分低于干预前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组自我护理能力评分高于干预前,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组服药依从性优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论纽曼系统护理能缓解颈动脉狭窄支架植入术后患者负性情绪,提高患者自我护理能力、睡眠质量及服药依从性。Objective To analyze the application effect of Newman system nursing in patients with carotid artery stenosis after stent implantation.Methods A total of 120 patients with carotid artery stenosis admitted to Beijing Tiantan Hospital,Capital Medical University from March 2021 to May 2022 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group and experimental group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given Newman system nursing.The psychological status,self-management ability,sleep quality,and medication compliance of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);Pittsburgh sleep quality index scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the self-care ability score of the two groups was higher than those before intervention,and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the compliance of experimental group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Newman system nursing can relieve the negative emotion of patients after carotid artery stenosis stent implantation,improve the self-care ability,sleep quality and medication compliance of patients.
