批量伤员一体化集中收治模式在“9·5”泸定地震伤员救治中的应用

摘　　要：目的通过总结“9·5”泸定地震伤员收治的实际经验,探讨一体化集中收治模式在灾害伤员批量收治中的应用效果。方法“9·5”泸定地震发生后,西部战区总医院在总结前期自然灾害、重大事故等批量伤员收治经验的基础上,第一时间成立应急病区,集中收治经空地后送的地震伤员。通过对收治期间组织指挥、业务流程的回顾,总结一体化收治模式的基本流程和优势特点,为完善批量伤员收治的组织指挥提供参考。结果一体化集中收治模式通过整合资源,集中部署,提高了批量伤员收治的连续性和时效性,便于信息发布、社会救助和疫情防控等工作统筹开展。结论一体化集中收治模式可以提高灾害伤员救治的整体性和时效性,是一种值得借鉴和推广的救治模式。Objective To discuss the application effect of the integrated centralized treatment mode in the treatment of mass casualties in disaster.Methods After the"9·5"Luding earthquake,the General Hospital of the Western Theater Command,on the basis of summarizing the previous experience in treating the mass casualties,set up an emergency ward as soon as possible to focus on the treatment of the earthquake victims who were evacuated by air or vehicles.Through the review of the organization process during the admission period,the basic process and advantages of the integrated treatment model are summarized,which can provide a reference for improving the organization and command of the mass casualties treatment.Results The integrated centralized treatment model improves the continuity and timeliness of the treatment of mass casualties through the integration of resources and centralized deployment,and facilitates the coordinated development of information release,social assistance,and prevention and control of COVID-19.Conclusion The integrated centralized treatment mode can improve the integrity and timeliness of the treatment of disaster victims,and is a treatment model worthy of reference and promotion.
