摘　　要：北京市急救中心根据支持大型活动和新冠肺炎疫情防控的经验,制定了“重要会议活动保障系统/紧急医疗信息报告”,建立健全医疗防疫保障应急调度平台,运用第五代移动通信技术、云计算、大数据、人工智能等技术支撑。实现医疗数据与PAD和PC输入接口兼容及病案填报的结构化。2021年3月—2022年3月,该系统在大型会议和大型体育赛事中使用1113次,展现出比较成功的应用效果。Based on the experience in support for large-scale activities and COVID-19 epidemic prevention,the Beijing First Aid Center developed a"Safeguard system for important conference activities/Emergency medical information reporting".An emergency dispatching platform for medical and epidemic prevention and support was established and improved,5th generation mobile communication technology,cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence,etc.were used as technical support.The medical data were compatible to the PAD and PC input interface.The medical record filling form is structured.From March 2021 to March 2022.This system was used 1113 times in important conferences and sporting events.Generally speaking,such a system is successful.
