摘 要:近年来,根据《国务院办公厅关于加快发展保障性租赁住房的意见》和《深圳市住房发展“十四五”规划》有关规定,为加快发展保障性租赁住房和解决城市新市民、青年人、基本公共服务从业人员等群体住房困难的问题,以建筑师的不同视角介入城市更新改造之中,对深圳龙华区城市更新提供了一种专业先导、城市营造、城中村升级改造的一种普适性设计“理想乌托邦”垂直共享的城市花园设计理念。同时,将周遭的城市空间化为丰富的资源,兼顾市场定位与专业诉求的碰撞,研究保障性住宅建筑面积为12m~2、18m~2、27m~2的功能型小户型的大空间设计及其可持续性与装配式的标准化,以期改造后为深圳城中村人才保障性住房计划增添一举多赢的局面。In recent years,in accordance with the Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Indemnified Rental Housing and the relevant provisions of the 14th Five-Year Plan for Housing Development of Shenzhen,in order to accelerate the development of indemnified rental housing and solve the housing difficulties of urban new citizens,young people and practitioners of basic public services,the architects have intervened in urban renewal and transformation from different perspectives.The urban renewal of Longhua District in Shenzhen provides a kind of universal design "ideal utopian" vertically shared urban gardens with professional leadership,urban construction and upgrading of villages in the city.At the same time,turn the surrounding urban space into abundant resources,considering the collision of market positioning and professional demands,study the functional small-sized large space design of 12m~2,18m~2,27m~2_functional residential buildings and its sustainability and standardization of assembly type,so as to add one win-win situation to the talent indemnified housing plan of Shenzhen City Village after transformation.
