摘 要:针对台风期间电离层异常探测中传统方法所存在参考背景值精度低,且容易受到多种外界环境因素干扰的问题,该文提出了一种基于标准时频变换理论的电离层异常探测方法。电离层总电子含量(TEC)变化在其标准时频谱中可以自动显示,运用标准时频变换理论具有的无为方法可以将变化的主成分直接提取,得到高精度的参考背景值。使用该方法对2016年第14号台风“莫兰蒂”和台风轨迹下落站点的电离层TEC变化进行异常探测。结果显示,与传统方法相比,该方法的探测结果更加突出异常发生的时段,能够较好地反映异常特征,且不易受空间环境影响;在台风期间,电离层异常主要集中在9月13日,此时台风达到最大强度时刻,表现为正异常现象,异常幅度为2~12 TECU。Aiming at the problems that traditional methods in ionospheric anomaly detection during typhoon have low accuracy of reference background value and are easily interfered by various external environmental factors,this paper adopted a new anomaly detection analysis method based on normal time-frequency transform theory.The ionospheric total electron content(TEC) changes could be automatically displayed in its normal time-frequency spectrum,and the principal components of the changes could be directly extracted using the inaction method of normal time-frequency transformation theory to obtain high-precision reference background values.Then used the method to detect the ionospheric anomaly of Typhoon No.14 “Meranti” in 2016 and whereabouts of the typhoon track.The results showed that compared with the traditional detection method,this method was more prominent in the period of abnormal occurrence,could better reflect the abnormal characteristics,and were not easily affected by the space environment;During the typhoon,the anomalies of the ionosphere were mainly concentrated on September 13th when the typhoon reached the maximum intensity,which was a positive anomaly.And the abnormal rang was about 2~12 TECU.
