摘 要:云制造服务组合评价理论与方法的发展是推动云制造走向智能化和自动化的重要因素,但云制造服务组合评价是一个多学科交叉的动态问题,因而难以形成统一的评价体系或是得出准确结果。为此,利用中国知网、万方数据库、爱思唯尔数据库和IEEE等四大引文数据库检索梳理2017—2022年国内外云制造服务组合相关文献,将云制造服务组合流程划分为用户需求发布、任务分解、云平台处理机、服务匹配、服务组合和资源匹配等六大模块,研究发现:现有评价方法主要包括定性与定量结合评价、多属性决策评价、静态与动态结合评价3种类型;在基于云制造服务组合、“工业4.0”生产和仿真实验3个集合交集的建模中,多主体建模方法因适合描述云制造的不确定性、分布性和动态性而常被用来仿真云制造服务系统中的实际问题。最后根据对已有相关文献的梳理研究,提出云制造服务组合领域今后有待解决或改善的四大问题:评价稳定性问题、评价方法实际应用有效性问题、应用数据缺乏问题和技术应用可靠性问题。The development of cloud manufacturing service composition evaluation theory and method is an important factor to promote cloud manufacturing towards intelligence and automation,but cloud manufacturing service composition evaluation is a multidisciplinary dynamic problem,so it is dificult to form a unified evaluation system or obtain accurate results.To this end,CNKI,Wanfang Database,Elsevier Database and IEEE are used to search and sort out the relevant literature of domestic and foreign cloud manufacturing service composition from 2017 to 2022,this paper divides the cloud manufacturing service composition process into six modules:user demand release,task decomposition,cloud platform processor,service matching,service combination and resource matching,and finds that the existing evaluation methods mainly include qualitative and quantitative combination evaluation,multi-attribute decision evaluation,static and dynamic combination evaluation,while in the modeling based on the intersection of three sets of cloud manufacturing service composition,"industry 4.o"production and simulation experiments,the multi-agent modeling method is often used to simulate the actual problems in the cloud manufacturing service system because it is suitable for describing the uncertainty,distribution and dynamics of cloud manufacturing.Finally,based on the combing and research of the existing relevant literature,it points out that four major problems to be solved or improved in the field of cloud manufacturing service composition in the future:evaluation stability,practical application effectiveness of evaluation methods,lack of application data and reliability of technical applications.
