摘　　要：知识产权有可能成为解决有关开放式创新悖论问题的关键因素。设计行业是知识密集型行业,但针对设计领域的知识产权与知识创新关系的深入研究不足。因此,以设计企业为对象,以开放式创新为目标,将流动中的知识转化为具有知识产权的知识产品,形成设计产业的知识流动模型,在此基础上,从知识创造过程、知识成果、知识使用、知识引进和知识输出等5个方面研究设计企业的知识产权管理模式,并给出具体管理规范与操作流程,为设计企业解决开放式创新问题提供思路和实施路径参考。包括:以知识产权为基础的设计产业开放式创新模式,以知识产权促进知识供给、提高知识利用效率;以具有知识产权的知识产品为中心的设计企业知识产权管理模式。Intellectual property may become a key factor in solving the paradox of open innovation.The design industry is a knowledge intensive industry,but there is insufficient in-depth research on the relationship between intellectual property and knowledge innovation in the design field.Therefore,with design enterprises as the object and open innovation as the goal,this paper transforms the flowing knowledge into knowledge products with intellectual property rights,and forms a knowledge flow model for the design industry.Based on this,it studies the intellectual property management model of design enterprises in five aspects:knowledge creation process,knowledge achievements,knowledge use,knowledge introduction,and knowledge output,and provides specific management standards and operational processes,aims to provide ideas and implementation paths for designing enterprises to solve open innovation problems.The management model includes the open innovation model based on intellectual property in the design industry,promoting knowledge supply and improving knowledge utilization eficiency through intellectual property,and the intellectual property management model of design enterprises centered around intellectual products with intellectual property.
