网塞填塞修补术与网塞联合平片无张力修补术治疗腹股沟斜疝的对比分析

摘　　要：目的对比腹股沟斜疝采用网塞填塞修补术与网塞联合平片无张力修补术治疗的效果。方法选取2020年9月—2022年11月山东颐养健康集团淄博医院收治的80例腹股沟斜疝患者,抽签分为两组,各40例。对照组实行网塞填塞修补术,观察组实行网塞填充+平片无张力修补术。对比两组临床指标、胃肠功能、免疫功能等指标。结果观察组住院时间、术后出血量、手术时间、初次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、初次肛门排气时间、炎性反应指标、应激反应指标明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后1、7、30 d的疼痛评分(3.04±1.05)分、(2.16±0.98)分、(1.02±0.43)分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.867、6.731、11.141,P<0.05);观察组胃动素(GAS)、胃泌素(MTL)、免疫功能、治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于腹股沟斜疝患者,选择网塞填充+平片无张力修补术治疗效果更好,安全性更高,不会增加并发症风险,值得推广。Objective To compare the effects of mesh plug repair with mesh plug combined with plain film tension-free repair for indirect inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 80 patients with indirect inguinal hernia admitted to Zibo Hospital of Shandong Yiyang Health Group from September 2020 to November 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by drawing lots,40 cases in each group.The control group received mesh packing repair,and the observation group received mesh packing+plain film tension-free repair.Compared clinical indicators,gastrointestinal function,immune function and other indicators between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time,postoperative blood loss,operation time,first defecation time,bowel sound recovery time,first anal exhaust time,inflammatory response index,and stress response index in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores on 1 d(3.04±1.05)points,7 d(2.16±0.98)points,and 30 d(1.02±0.43)points in the observation group after operation were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.867,6.731,11.141,P<0.05).Gastrin(GAS),recombinant motilin(MTL),immune function,and total effective treatment rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with indirect inguinal hernia,mesh plug filling+plain film tension-free repair has better therapeutic effect,higher safety,and will not increase the risk of complications,so it is worth promoting.
