摘　　要：目的探讨经皮穿刺微球囊压迫术(percutaneous microballoon compression,PMC)治疗三叉神经痛(trigeminal neuralgia,TN)的效果。方法选择2021年2月—2022年11月安阳市第六人民医院收治的101例TN患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分组,对照组50例给予微血管减压术(microvascular decompression,MVD)治疗,观察组51例给予PMC治疗,观察比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子水平以及并发症发生率。结果观察组总有效率(94.12%)较对照组(80.00%)高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.487,P<0.05)。术后即刻,两组TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6均升高,观察组低于对照组;出院时,两组TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.237,P>0.05)。结论PMC治疗TN可提升临床疗效,减轻患者术后炎症反应,且不增加并发症发生率,安全可控。Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous microballoon compression(PMC)in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia(TN).Methods 101 patients with TN admitted to the Sixth People's Hospital of Anyang City from February 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the number table method.The control group consisted of 50 patients who received microvascular decompression surgery(MVD)treatment,while the observation group consisted of 51 patients who received PMC treatment.The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors,and incidence of complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(94.12%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.487,P<0.05).Immediately after surgery,TNF-α,IL-1β,and IL-6 levels increased in both groups,the observation group was lower than the control group;at discharge,TNF-α,IL-1β,and IL-6 in both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(χ^(2)=1.237,P>0.05).Conclusion PMC treatment of TN can improve clinical efficacy,reduce the postoperative inflammatory response of patients,and does not increase the incidence of complications,which is safe and controllable.
