摘 要:目的探讨不同剂型的复方甘草酸苷对常规变应原斑贴试验结果的影响。方法筛选2016年1月—2018年12月在盐城市第一人民医院皮肤科门诊就诊并且常规变应原筛查系列斑贴试验至少有一项变应原强阳性(++)的皮炎湿疹类患者98例,给予复方甘草酸苷片或复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗后进行第二次斑贴试验。统计复方甘草酸苷治疗前后斑贴试验各类过敏原皮肤反应程度的患者例数。结果复方甘草酸苷片治疗组58例患者首次斑贴试验共有67例次强阳性(++)。第2次斑贴试验,34例次仍为强阳性(++),7例次转为阴性(-),26例次转为弱阳性(+)。复方甘草酸苷片治疗前后斑贴试验结果定性分析:差异均具有统计学意义(Z=-2.646,P=0.008);定量分析:差异均具有统计学意义(Z=-5.340,P<0.001)。复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗组40例患者首次斑贴试验共有52例次强阳性(++)。第2次斑贴试验,12例次仍为强阳性(++),30例次转为阴性(-),10例次转为弱阳性(+)。复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗前后斑贴试验结果定性分析:差异均具有统计学意义(Z=-5.477,P<0.001);定量分析:差异均具有统计学意义(Z=-5.826,P<0.001)。结论不同剂型的复方甘草酸苷对常规变应原斑贴试验结果具有显著的抑制作用,建议斑贴试验前停用各种剂型的复方甘草酸苷。Objective To explore the effect of different dosage forms of compound glycyrrhizin on the results of conventional allergen patch test.Methods Ninety-eight patients with dermatitis and eczema who attended the outpatient clinic of the Department of Dermatology of Yancheng First People´s Hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 and had at least one strongly positive(++)allergen in the routine allergen screening series patch test were screened.The second patch test was performed after the administration of compound glycyrrhizin tablets or compound glycyrrhizin injection.The number of patients with skin reactions to various allergens in the patch test before and after treatment with compound glycyrrhizin was counted.Results The first patch test of 58 patients in the compound glycyrrhetinic acid glycoside tablet treatment group showed a total of 67 times of strong positive(++).In the second patch test,34 cases remained strongly positive(++),7 cases turned negative(-),and 26 cases turned weakly positive(+).Qualitative analysis of patch test results before and after treatment with compound glycyrrhizin tablets:the differences were statistically significant(Z=-2.646,P=0.008);quantitative analysis:the differences were statistically significant(Z=-5.340,P<0.001).In the treatment group of 40 patients with compound glycyrrhetinic acid glycoside injection,a total of 52 times were strongly positive in the first patch test(++).In the second patch test,12 cases remained strongly posi-tive(++),30 cases turned negative(-),and 10 cases turned weakly positive(+).Qualitative analysis of patch test re-sults before and after treatment with compound glycyrrhizin injection:the differences were statistically significant(Z=-5.477,P<0.001);quantitative analysis:the differences were statistically significant(Z=-5.826,P<0.001).Conclusion Different dosage forms of compound glycyrrhizin have significant inhibitory effect on the results of conventional allergen patch test,and it is recommended to discontinue the use of various dosage forms of
