温胃汤联合温针灸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析温胃汤联合温针灸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果和价值。方法选择2020年2月—2022年4月在山东中医药大学附属医院东营医院就诊的120例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组60例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组采用温胃汤联合温针灸治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的胃肠激素水平、血管内皮因子水平、症状积分,对比两组的临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组相关指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组MTL(260.15±21.49)ng/L、SS水平(46.82±5.32)ng/L高于对照组的(226.82±15.85)ng/L、(33.05±3.45)ng/L,GAS水平(60.38±3.41)ng/L低于对照组的(82.29±5.54)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(t=9.668、16.822、26.088,P<0.05)。观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组BFGF、VEGF水平高于对照组,EGF水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组的81.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.175,P<0.05)。结论慢性萎缩性胃炎采用温胃汤联合温针灸治疗能够帮助患者改善胃肠激素和血管内皮因子水平,促进症状显著减轻,提高临床疗效,适合在临床进行实施和开展,也适合将其作为临床常用手段作用于患者,但是实际运用还是应当以临床患者为考量目标。Objective To analyze the effect and value of warm stomach soup combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated in Dongying Hospital,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Wenwei Decoction combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion.The gastrointestinal hormone levels,vascular endothelial factor levels and symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in related indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,MTL and SS levels in the observation group were(260.15±21.49)ng/L and(46.82±5.32)ng/L,which were higher than those in the control group(226.82±15.85)ng/L and(33.05±3.45)ng/L,GAS level(60.38±3.41)ng/L was lower than that of control group(82.29±5.54)ng/L,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.668,16.822,26.088,P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of BFGF and VEGF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of EGF in the control group were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate(95.00%)in the observation group were higher than that in the control group(81.67%,)the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.175,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with Wenwei Decoction combined with warm acupuncture can help patients improve the levels of gastrointestinal hormones and vascular endothelial fact
