摘 要:目的研讨血脂与糖化血红蛋白检测在2型糖尿病诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2019年11月—2022年4月期间滕州市妇幼保健院接治的58名受检者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和参照组,观察组(n=28)为2型糖尿病患者,参照组(n=30)为健康体检者。两组均采用血脂与糖化血红蛋白检测,对比分析两组检测结果。结果观察组三酰甘油(2.94±1.03)mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(2.93±1.07)mmol/L、总胆固醇(5.83±1.32)mmol/L均显著高于参照组(1.15±0.21)、(1.97±0.52)、(4.01±0.52)mmoL/L,差异有统计学意义(t=9.319、4.392、6.996,P<0.05);观察组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(0.81±0.25)mmol/L低于参照组(1.93±0.54)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=10.015,P<0.001)。观察组糖化血红蛋白(8.23±1.05)%高于参照组(5.29±0.43)%,差异有统计学意义(t=14.126,P<0.05)。结论血脂、糖化血红蛋白检测指标是2型糖尿病检查的重要手段,有较高应用价值。Objective To study the value and detection rate of blood lipid and glycosylated hemoglobin in the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From November 2019 to April 2022,58 subjects received by Tengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected and divided into observation group and reference group according to random number table.The observation group(n=28)was type 2 diabetes patients,and the reference group(n=30)was healthy physical examinees.Blood lipids and glycosylated hemoglobin were tested of two groups.The test results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The levels of triacylglycerol(2.94±1.03)mmol/L,low density lipoprotein cholesterol(2.93±1.07)mmol/L,and total cholesterol(5.83±1.32)mmol/L in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(1.15±0.21)mmoL/L,(1.97±0.52)mmoL/L,and(4.01±0.52)mmoL/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.319,4.392,6.996,P<0.05).High density lipoprotein cholesterol(0.81±0.25)mmol/L in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group(1.93±0.54)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.015,P<0.001).The HBA1c(8.23±1.05)%of observation group was higher than that of control group(5.29±0.43)%,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.126,P<0.05).Conclusion Blood lipid and glycosylated hemoglobin detection indexes are important means to determine type 2 diabetes,and the detection rate and safety are guarantee.
