五水头孢唑啉钠局部应用对老年无张力疝修补术患者手术切口感染的预防效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究五水头孢唑啉钠局部应用对老年无张力疝修补术患者手术切口感染的预防效果。方法选择2020年5月—2022年5月期间宜兴市第二人民医院普外科接诊的78例老年无张力疝修补术患者为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为对照组(进行常规治疗)、观察组(在常规治疗基础上予以五水头孢唑啉钠局部治疗),各39例,对比两组临床疗效。结果用药后,观察组临床总有效率(92.31%)高于对照组(71.79%),手术切口感染发生率(2.56%)低于对照组(20.51%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.571、4.522,P<0.05)。观察组术后7 d的血清hs-CRP(7.21±1.09)mg/L、IL-6(12.29±1.17)ng/L低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后7 d的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组切口愈合情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于老年无张力疝修补术患者,五水头孢唑啉钠局部应用效果较理想,可控制炎症反应,减少切口感染发生率,减轻切口疼痛症状,促进切口愈合。Objective To investigate the preventive effect of topical application of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate on surgical incision infection in elderly patients undergoing tension-free herniorrhaphy.Methods 78 elderly patients who underwent tension free hernia repair surgery at the General Surgery Department of the Second People's Hospital of Yixing City from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(receiving routine treatment)and an observation group(receiving local treatment with cefazolin sodium pentahydrate on the basis of routine treatment),with 39 patients in each group.The clinical efficacy of the two group were compared.Results After medication,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group(92.31%)was higher than that of the control group(71.79%),and the incidence of surgical incision infection(2.56%)was lower than that of the control group(20.51%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.571,4.522,P<0.05).The serum hs CRP(7.21±1.09)mg/L and IL-6(12.29±1.17)ng/L in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 7 d after surgery,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group 7 days after surgery was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incision healing in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients undergoing tension-free hernia repair,topical application of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate has an ideal effect,which can control the inflammatory response,reduce the incidence of incision infection,relieve incision pain symptoms,and promote incision healing.
