摘　　要：目的调查精神专科医院男护士工作投入、反刍思维与自我和谐现状,分析其工作投入影响因素。方法于2021年8月,采用一般资料调查问卷、工作投入量表、反刍思维量表和自我和谐量表对北京市某精神专科医院138名男护士进行调查。采用SPSS 21.0软件对数据进行统计分析,采用Pearson相关分析法进行相关性分析,采用多元线性回归分析法分析男护士工作投入影响因素。结果精神专科医院男护士工作投入总分为(73.95±22.30)分,反刍思维总分为(36.85±12.06)分,自我和谐总分为(95.57±18.44)分。自我与经验不和谐、自我刻板性、反刍思维与工作投入呈负相关(r均<0,P均<0.05),自我灵活性与工作投入呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。自我灵活性、自我刻板性、反省深思、症状反刍是精神专科医院男护士工作投入的影响因素。结论反刍思维、自我和谐均对精神专科医院男护士工作投入水平有影响。精神专科医院男护士未“陷入”反刍思维,但工作投入和自我和谐水平有待改善。Objective To investigate the status quo of work engagement,rumination and self-concordance of male nurses in a psychiatric hospital,and analyze the influencing factors of work engagement.Methods In August 2021,138 male nurses in a psychiatric hospital in Beijing were investigated by general data questionnaire,work engagement scale,rumination scale and self-concordance scale.SPSS 21.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data,Pearson correlation analysis was used for correlation analysis,and multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of work engagement of male nurses.Results The total score of work engagement of male nurses in a psychiatric hospital was(73.95±22.30),the total score of rumination was(36.85±12.06)and the total score of self-concordance was(95.57±18.44).Self-experience disharmony,self-rigidity and rumination were negatively correlated with work engagement(r<0,P<0.05),while self-flexibility was positively correlated with work engagement(r>0,P<0.05).Self-flexibility,self-rigidity,introspection and symptom rumination were the factors affecting work engagement of male nurses in a psychiatric hospital.Conclusion Ruminative thinking and self-concordance had influence on the work engagement level of male nurses in a psychiatric hospital.Male nurses in a psychiatric hospital did not"fall into"rumination,but their work engagement and self-concordance should be improved.
