摘　　要：目的缩短创伤骨科急诊手术患者术前平均等待时间,为抢救患者生命赢得时间。方法从临床实际出发,采用问题解决型品管圈进行质量持续改进。针对创伤骨科急诊手术患者术前等待时间长的问题,分析症结,解析原因,拟定对策,从接诊处置机制、快捷术前准备、创新培训模式三方面进行改进。结果创伤骨科急诊手术患者术前平均等待时间从活动前的238 min缩短至活动后的88 min。结论通过品管圈活动,可以缩短创伤骨科急诊手术患者术前等待时间,从而提高手术工作效率,进而确保患者安全。Objective To shorten the average preoperative waiting time of patients undergoing traumatic orthopedic emergency operation,and gain time for saving patients'lives.Methods From the clinical practice,the problem solving quality control circle was used for continuous quality improvement.In view of the long preoperative waiting time of patients undergoing emergency orthopedic trauma surgery,the crux of the problem was analyzed,the causes were analyzed,and the countermeasures were drawn up to improve the treatment mechanism,rapid preoperative preparation and innovative training mode.Results The preoperative average waiting time for emergency orthopedic trauma surgery patients was shortened from 238 minutes before the activity to 88 minutes after the activity.Conclusion The quality control circle activities can shorten the preoperative waiting time of patients undergoing traumatic orthopedic emergency surgery,thus improving the efficiency of surgery and ensuring the safety of patients.
