摘　　要：为营造质量和安全文化氛围,通过策划质量和安全教育活动,让质量和安全理念深入人心,有效减少了不合格项数量,消除了安全隐患。经过5年的实践,认为安全文化教育活动能够充分调动员工工作积极性,在提升其归属感的同时,主动识别潜在风险因素,为血站质量管理奠定了基础。In order to create a quality and safety culture,the quality and safety concept was deeply rooted in the people through planning and carrying out quality and safety education activities,which effectively reduced the number of unqualified items and hidden dangers.After five years of practice,it was believed that quality and safety cultural education activities can fully mobilize employees'enthusiasm for work,and proactively identify potential risk factors while enhancing their sense of belonging,laying a foundation for the development of blood banks.
