摘  要:局部放电不仅是高压开关柜内出现绝缘隐患的重要警示信号,还会加速绝缘劣化,因此对局放信号的实时监测是十分重要的。在此对3种典型绝缘缺陷下的局部放电进行特高频段试验,分析局部放电信号的时频域特征和工频相位相关性,并设计一款350~650 MHz频段的局部放电在线监测系统。系统根据不同类型局放信号幅值、相位和放电频次差异性进行故障诊断,采用物联网方案将局放信号数据与诊断结果上传到云端。试验结果表明,该系统能够有效检出局放信号并进行故障诊断,可以用于开关柜内局部放电的在线监测。Real-time monitoring of partial discharge signals is important,because partial discharge is not only an important warning signal of insulation defects in high-voltage switchgear,but also accelerates insulation deterioration.Ul tra-high frequency band tests are carried out on partial discharges under three typical insulation defects,the timefrequency domain characteristics and power frequency phase correlations of the partial discharge signals are analysed in the tests,a system for on-line monitoring of partial discharge in the 350~650 MHz frequency band has been designed.The system makes judgements on different types of partial discharge signals based on amplitude,phase and discharge repetition rate,and uses an internet of things solution to upload partial discharge signal data and diagnostic results to the cloud.The test results show that the system is able to detect partial discharge signals and make fault diagnosis.This system can be used for on-line monitoring of partial discharges in switchgear.
