以中国农民工为主题的博物馆的观察与反思

摘　　要：对国内三座以中国农民工为主题的博物馆进行考察。在展览展示内容方面,位于广州的农民工博物馆以展示农民工现象的纵轴与横轴为主,位于深圳的劳务工博物馆以场景复原与情景再现为主,位于北京的打工文化艺术博物馆以典型人物刻画与生命叙事为主。在社会作用方面,三座博物馆在作为保存农民工个体记忆与集体记忆的机构、作为为农民工群体进行文化赋权的机构和作为政府进行文化治理的机构的三个方面发挥着相应的社会作用。The study examines three domestic museums with the theme of Chinese migrant workers.In terms of exhibition display contents,the Museum of Migrant Workers in Guangzhou focuses on the vertical and horizontal axes of the migrant worker phenomenon,the Museum of Laborers in Shenzhen on scene restoration and reenactment,and the Museum of Working People's Culture and Art in Beijing on the portrayal of typical characters and life narratives.In terms of social roles,the three museums play corresponding social roles as institutions for preserving individual and collective memories of migrant workers,as institutions for cultural empowerment of migrant worker groups,and as institutions of cultural governance for the government.
