摘 要:2024铝合金具有高强度、高硬度、可进行强化处理等特点,被广泛应用在航空航天领域。2024铝合金因为含铜量较高,零部件在高温、高压力等苛刻条件下服役时,其表面易被腐蚀,严重影响产品使用寿命。通过在2024铝合金表面制备钛锆转化膜,并对转化膜的厚度、粗糙度和耐蚀性能进行了研究,表明转化液体系为氟钛酸和氟锆酸,缓蚀剂选择为柠檬酸,ph=5条件下腐蚀性能优于ph=3条件下腐蚀性能,所制备的转化膜耐蚀性最好,膜层厚度和表面粗糙度优异,无膜层脱落。2024 aluminum alloy has the characteristics of high strength,high hardness,and can be strengthened.It is widely used in the aerospace field.Because of its high copper content,AA2024 aluminum alloy's surface is easy to be corroded when parts are used under high temperature,high pressure and other harsh conditions,which seriously affects the service life of products.By preparing a titanium zirconium conversion film on the surface of 2024 aluminum alloy,the thickness,roughness,and corrosion resistance of the conversion film were studied.The results showed that the conversion solution system was fluorotitanic acid and fluorozirconic acid,and citric acid was chosen as the corrosion inhibitor.The corrosion performance at pH=5 was better than that at pH=3,and the prepared conversion film had the best corrosion resistance.The film thickness and surface roughness were excellent,and there was no film detachment.
