基于Grasshopper参数化设计的大连地区窗墙比对建筑能耗的影响研究

摘  要:以辽宁大连地区办公室建筑为能耗模拟研究对象,研究不同朝向单一立面窗墙面积比对建筑单位面积供暖、供冷以及平均能耗的影响规律,为大连地区办公室建筑不同朝向窗墙面积比的选择提供参考建议。研究采用Grasshopper开展参数化建模,提出基于Grasshopper功能插件Ladybug Tools的建筑能耗模拟流程,实现了从建模到能耗分析的一体化流程。结果表明:大连地区建筑能耗的变化趋势与窗墙面积比有关,窗墙面积比增大,供冷能耗和平均能耗均增大,而供暖能耗的变化趋势则和窗户朝向相关,因朝向不同而异。本研究以平均能耗限值为参考分析得出,大连地区办公室建筑可选择较大的南向窗墙面积比,适宜的东(西)向窗墙面积比,以及相对较小的北向窗墙面积比。This paper takes the office building in Dalian area of Liaoning Province as the research object of energy consumption simulation,and studies the influence of window-wall area ratio of single facade with different orientations on heating,cooling and average energy consumption per unit area of the building,so as to provide references for the selection of window-wall area ratio of different orientations of office buildings in Dalian area.This study uses Grasshopper to carry out parametric modeling,and proposes a building energy consumption simulation process based on Ladybug Tools,function plug-ins in Grasshopper,which realizes an integrated process from modeling to energy consumption analysis.The results show that the change trend of building energy consumption in Dalian is related to the window-wall area ratio.With the increase of window-wall area ratio,the cooling energy consumption and average energy consumption increase,while the change trend of heating energy consumption is related to the window orientation,which varies with different orientations.In this study,the average energy consumption limit is used as a reference analysis.It is concluded that office buildings in Dalian can choose a larger south window-wall area ratio,a suitable east(west)window-wall area ratio,and a relatively small north window-wall area ratio.
