摘  要:文章针对等离子喷涂方法制备的YSZ陶瓷涂层,对比了两种表征手段测试孔隙率的检测能力和检测精度。金相表征法采用Leica DM6M金相显微镜对截面试样进行观察并通过LAMOS Maser软件计算YSZ陶瓷涂层的孔隙率;扫描电镜表征法采用APROS场发射扫描电镜背散射测得同一批试样的显微组织照片,并通过Image J软件及Image-Pro Plus 6.0软件进行灰度的阈值处理,得到涂层孔隙的大小、形状和孔隙率;最后采用Minitab软件对两种方法测得的定量孔隙率进行MSA质量能力验证。结果表明:金相表征法与扫描电镜表征法都可以对孔隙率进行定量表征,金相表征法操作简单适用于批量生产。扫描电镜表征法具有较高的精度,可以准确测量孔隙的大小、形状、未融粉末形态等,适用于前期工艺研发。通过Minitbe单样本T检分析及可区分类别数分析可知扫描电镜法测试陶瓷涂层孔隙率分辨率高于金相法测试。但两种方法都需要严格遵循标准金相试样制备流程,才能保证数据的准确性。Two methods for measuring the porosity of YSZ ceramic coating layer prepared by plasma spraying method were com-pared.Leica DM6M microscope was used to observe the cross-section and the porosity of ceramic coating layer was calculated by LAMOS Maser software in the metallographic method.APROS field emission scanning electron microscope(SEM)backscatter was used to analyze the microstructure of the same samples in the SEM method,and Image J software and Image-Pro Plus 6.0 software were used for gray threshold processing to obtain the porosity of the coating.Finally,Minitab software was used to verify the quality capability of CgK for the quantitative porosity measured by the two methods.The results showed that both methods can quantitatively characterize the porosity.The metallographic method is simple and suitable for mass production.The SEM method has higher accu-racy and can accurately measure the size and shape of pores,unmelted powder morphology,etc.,which is suitable for development process.There is little difference in porosity statistics between the two methods,but both need to follow the standard metallographic sample preparation process strictly to ensure the accuracy of the result.
