摘　　要：重点介绍了航空用2A70铝合金过滤器疲劳寿命分析中S-N曲线拟合与验证。借助疲劳试验得到该材料在T6热处理与铬酸阳极化处理等条件下的S-N曲线,运用ANSYS软件对过滤器疲劳寿命进行仿真,并通过压力脉冲试验对仿真结果进行验证。结果表明:2A70铝合金疲劳极限在非对称R=0时,应力幅水平需在200 MPa以下,否则有发生低周疲劳断裂风险;仿真计算可靠度与试验结果较吻合,疲劳寿命最大相对误差不大于10%。The fitting and verification of S-N curve of 2A70 aluminum alloy filter for aviation is studied.The S-N curve of the material under the conditions of T6 heat treatment and chromic acid anodizing is obtained by the fatigue test.The fatigue life of the filter is simulated by ANSYS software,and the simulation results are verified by the pressure pulse test.The results show that when the fatigue limit of 2A70 aluminum alloy is asymmetric R=0,the stress amplitude level should be below 200MPa,otherwise the risk of low cycle fatigue fracture will occur.The reliability of simulation calculation is in good agreement with the test results,and the maximum relative error of fatigue life is less than 10%.
