摘 要:以某高速公路软基处理工程为依托,利用Midas GTS NX软件建立有限元模型,研究经水泥搅拌桩处理后的软基沉降规律,分析了桩长、桩距对沉降的影响。结果表明:使用水泥搅拌桩处理软基能够有效控制其沉降,路基土填筑完毕道路中心沉降量稳定在11.32 cm左右,满足规范要求;路基沉降量大小与桩距成反比、与桩长成正比,确定桩距和桩长需要综合考虑沉降控制效果和经济成本;数值模拟结果和监测数据相比差异较小。研究成果可为后续类似工程设计和施工提供借鉴。Based on the soft foundation treatment project of a highway,a finite element model is established by using Midas GTS NX software,and the settlement law of soft foundation after cement mixing pile treatment is studied,the influence of pile length and pile distance on settlement is analyzed.The results show that the settlement of the soft foundation can be effectively controlled by using cement-soil mixing piles.After the subgrade soil is filled,the settlement of the road center is stable at about 11.32 cm,which meets the requirements of the specification.The settlement of the roadbed is inversely proportional to pile distance,and is proportional to pile length.The settlement control effect and economic cost need to be comprehensively considered to determine pile distance and pile length.The difference between the numerical simulation results and the monitoring data is small,and the results can provide reference for subsequent similar engineering design and construction.
