省域体育产业竞争力与经济协调发展关系——基于31个省市数据的实证

摘　　要：在实施区域协调发展战略下,中国省域体育产业发展不协调问题显得尤为突出,而探寻省域体育产业竞争力与经济协调发展关系,有利于推进新时代体育产业高质量发展。采用波特“钻石模型”、协调发展理论等,遵循科学性、目的性、全面性和可行性原则,构建体育产业竞争力和经济发展评价指标体系,并对省域体育产业竞争力与省域经济协调发展进行实证分析。研究表明:(1)中国体育产业竞争力具有区域性差异,其中东部较强,中西部偏弱;(2)中国25个省市区体育产业竞争力与经济发展是协调或基本协调关系,其中7个省市区体育产业竞争力与经济发展在平均水平之下;(3)中国6个省市区体育产业竞争力与经济发展是弱协调或微协调关系,其中3个省市区体育产业竞争力的综合水平超过其经济发展水平,3个省市区体育产业竞争力的综合水平落后其经济发展水平;(4)在经济高质量发展背景下,省域体育产业竞争力与经济存在着非协调发展关系具有一定现实必然性。Under the implementation of the regional coordinated development strategy,the uncoordinated development of China's provincial sports industry is particularly prominent,and exploring the relationship between the provincial sports industry competitiveness and the coordinated economic development is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of the sports industry in the new era.Based on Porter's"Diamond Model"and the theory of coordinated development,and following the principles of science,purpose,comprehensiveness and feasibility,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of sports industry competitiveness and economic development,and makes an empirical analysis on the coordinated development of provincial sports industry competitiveness and provincial economy.It has been shown that(1)There are regional differences in the competitiveness of China's sports industry,in which the eastern part is stronger than the central and western parts.(2)In terms of the competitiveness of sports industry and economic development,25 provinces or municipalities of China are coordinated or basically coordinated,of which 7 provinces or municipalities are below the average level;(3)6 provinces or municipalities in China are weakly or micro-coordinated and among them 3 provinces or municipalities exceeds its economic development level;the comprehensive level of 3 provinces is behind its economic development level;(4)Under the background of high-quality economic development,there is certain practical inevitability that there is a non-coordinated development relationship between provincial sports industry competitiveness and its economy.
