摘　　要：2022年北京冬奥会的成功举办为北京市创造出了诸多有益的冬奥社会遗产,成功带动了北京市社会文明的进步。采用文献资料法与逻辑分析法探讨北京市冬奥社会遗产的概念内涵,梳理北京市冬奥社会遗产的发展愿景,分析北京市冬奥社会遗产愿景实现过程中产生的现实效益。研究表明:北京市冬奥社会遗产蕴含丰富的奥林匹克思想内涵,以人为本是北京市冬奥社会遗产创造与治理的根本理念,促进社会文明全面进步是北京市冬奥社会遗产的使命担当;北京市冬奥社会遗产发展愿景包括深化青少年奥林匹克教育,提振志愿服务高质量发展,助推残疾人事业纵深发展和促进全社会文明程度提升;总体来看,目前北京市冬奥社会遗产已取得诸多积极的现实效益,即北京市青少年奥林匹克教育得以巩固与拓展,志愿服务事业实现质量和数量双提升,残疾人事业取得综合性全面进步和社会文明程度获得新提高等。The successful hosting of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games has created many beneficial Winter Olympic social legacies for Beijing and successfully promoted the progress of social civilization in Beijing.The research uses the methods of literature review and logical analysis to explore the conceptual connotation of Beijing Winter Olympic social legacy,sort out the development vision,and analyse the practical benefits generated during the realization of Beijing Winter Olympic social legacy vision.The research shows that the social legacy of Beijing Winter Olympics contains rich Olympic ideological connotations,people-orientation is the fundamental concept of the creation and governance of the social legacy,promoting the overall progress of social civilization is the mission of the social heritage.The vision of Beijing Winter Olympic social legacy development includes deepening youth Olympiceducation,boosting the high-quality development of volunteer service,promoting the in-depth development of the cause of the disabled and promoting the improvement of the civilization of the whole society.On the whole,the social legacy of the Beijing Winter Olympics has achieved many positive practical benefits,including that the Beijing Youth Olympic education has been consolidated and expanded,the quality and quantity of volunteer service have been improved,the cause of the disabled has made comprehensive and comprehensive progress and the degree of social civilization has been improved.
