摘　　要：2022年世界排球锦标赛欧美强队表现出的高水平,让我们看到了目前中国排球的差距,源于观念认知和技战术理论落后导致的高水平排球竞技人才培养之沉疴宿疾已经成为阻碍我国竞技排球向更高水平发展的桎梏。因此,把握竞技排球运动发展趋势,与国际接轨,从规范运动员专位称谓和排球技战术分类开始,构建适于竞技排球发展规律的技术、战术理论新体系,具有重要的理论意义与实践价值。采用文献资料、逻辑推理和专家访谈等方法,对我国现有排球技战术理论提出了质疑和思辨,构建了新的排球技战术理论体系。研究认为:副攻的重要职责是拦网和牵扯对方拦网,而并非是没有主攻重要的副手;按照排球击球动作进行技术分类存在很大误区;比赛中用“垫球”动作完成的“接发球”和后排“防守”,是截然不同的两项技术,因此不能统称为“垫球”;“小球串联技术不好”的根源在于战术理论体系缺失了“攻防转换系统”;发球已然成为比赛中真正意义上的全队“第一次战术进攻”;“防反”和“推攻”在“四攻战术系统”中都是接对方的进攻性击球组织进攻,目的都是为了“反攻”;“保攻”的唯一目标是为了实现“再攻”。通过理论思辨提出了诸多新的观点,以期能够抛砖引玉,引起学界争鸣,促进排球技战术理论研究走向深入和创新发展。The high level of the European and American strong teams in the 2022 World Volleyball Championship has shown us the current gap in China's volleyball.The deep-rooted problems caused by the backward concept of cognition and technical and tactical theory have become the shackles that hinder the development of China's competitive volleyball to a higher level.Therefore,starting from the specification of the title of athletes and the classification of volleyball skills and tactics,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to grasp the development trend of competitive volleyball,align with international standards,and construct a new system of technical and tactical theory suitable for the development law of competitive volleyball.Literature review,logical reasoning and expert interviews are used to question and discern the existing volleyball technical and tactical theories in China and construct a new theoretical system.The study concluded that:the important duty of the second spiker is to block and curb the opponent's blocking,but not an assistant less important than the chief spiker.There is a bigmisunderstanding in classifying the technique according to the volleyball hitting action;Both the service reception and defending in the back row which are done with the Dig action in the game are two different techniques,so they cannot be collectively called"Dig";"poor small ball tandem technique"is rooted in the lack of tactical theory system of the"offensive and defensive transition system";the Serve has become the"first tactical attack"of the whole team in the real sense of the game;Counterattack and Push attack in the"four-attack tactical system"are both receive the opponent's offensive hitting and organize the attack for the purpose of"counterattack";the only goal of"keep attack"is to achieve"re-attack".The only goal of the"Protection attack"is to achieve the"re-attack".The paper proposes many new ideas through theoretical discussion,in order to draw inspiration from the academic community and promot
