摘　　要：肛瘘在临床肛肠科疾病中发生率较高,多行手术干预治疗,然而术后会出现相关并发症,如创面愈合缓慢、肛门疼痛等。如何降低肛瘘术后并发症发生率,加快创面愈合速度,是肛肠科医师亟待解决的临床难题,也是患者抗拒手术的主要原因。在肛瘘术后正确运用各种中医外治疗法,可加速创面愈合,易被患者接受。文章围绕近年来肛瘘术后采取中医外治疗法的现状展开综述,旨在为临床肛瘘术后治疗提供指导。Anal fistula has a high incidence among clinical anorectal diseases and is mainly treated by surgery intervention.However,there are postoperative complications,such as slow wound healing and anal pain.How to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications of anal fistula and accelerate wound healing is an urgent clinical problem for anus-intestines department doctors,and it is also the main reason why patients refuse the surgery.The correct application of various external treatments of traditional Chinese medicine after anal fistula surgery can accelerate wound healing and be easily accepted by patients.This paper reviews the current condition of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine after anal fistula surgery in recent years,aiming to provide guidance for clinical treatment after anal fistula surgery.
