摘 要:目的:探讨干化学酶法检测阴道分泌物诊断阴道炎的临床价值。方法:选取2022年1—12月于滨州医学院附属医院行阴道分泌物检查的患者900例为研究对象,患者均进行显微镜镜检和干化学酶法检测。比较两种方法检测结果及正确检出率。结果:细菌性阴道炎镜检检出150例,干化学酶法检出147例,正确检出率为98.0%(147/150);滴虫阴道炎镜检检出12例,干化学酶法检出11例,正确检出率为91.6%(11/12);霉菌性阴道炎镜检检出175例,干化学酶法检出170例,正确检出率为97.1%(170/175);乳酸杆菌镜检检出705例,干化学酶法检出699例,正确检出率为99.1%(699/705);镜检检出清洁度Ⅰ~Ⅱ级490例,干化学酶法Ⅰ~Ⅱ级460例,正确检出率为93.9%(460/490)。两种检测方法正确检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:干化学酶法检测阴道分泌物诊断阴道炎的临床价值显著,检测速度快,工作效率高,误差小。c Objective:To investigate the clinical value of dry chemical enzyme detection of vaginal secretion in the diagnosis of vaginitis.Methods:A total of 900 patients who underwent vaginal subdivision examination in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent microscopic examination and dry chemical enzyme detection.The detection results and correct detection rates of the two methods were compared.Results:There were 150 cases of bacterial vaginitis detected by microscopic examination and 147 cases of bacterial vaginitis detected by dry chemical enzyme method,and the correct detection rate was 98.0%(147/150);There were 12 cases of trichomonal vaginitis detected by microscopic examination and 11 cases of trichomonal vaginitis detected by dry chemical enzyme method,and the correct detection rate was 91.6%(11/12);There were 175 cases of vulvovaginal candidiasis detected by microscopic examination and 170 cases of vulvovaginal candidiasis detected by dry chemical enzyme method,and the correct detection rate was 97.1%(170/175);There were 705 cases of lactobacillus detected by microscopic examination and 699 cases of lactobacillus detected by dry chemical enzyme method,and the correct detection rate was 99.1%(699/705);There were 490 cases of GradeⅠ-Ⅱcleanlinesss detected by microscopic examination and 460 cases of GradeⅠ-Ⅱcleanlinesss detected by dry chemical enzyme method,and the correct detection rate was 93.9%(460/490).The correct detection rate of the two detection methods showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical value of dry chemical enzyme detection of vaginal secretion in the diagnosis of vaginitis is significant,with fast detection speed,high work efficiency and small error.
