经内镜痔上直肠黏膜套扎术治疗内痔合并直肠黏膜脱垂的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨经内镜痔上直肠黏膜套扎术治疗内痔合并直肠黏膜脱垂的效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月潮州市中心医院收治的116例内痔合并直肠黏膜脱垂患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各58例。观察组采用经内镜痔上直肠黏膜套扎术治疗,对照组采用吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组术后疼痛评分、住院时间、创面愈合时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008)。结论:经内镜痔上直肠黏膜套扎术治疗内痔合并直肠黏膜脱垂的效果显著,手术时间短,且并发症发生率低,临床应用价值较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of endoscopic super-hemorrhoidal banding in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids combined with rectal mucosal prolapse.Methods:A total of 116 patients with internal hemorrhoids and rectal mucosal prolapse who were treated in Chaozhou Central Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with endoscopic super-hemorrhoidal banding,while the control group was treated with stapled hemorrhoidectomy.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There were no significant differences in postoperative pain scores,hospital stay and wound healing time between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).The overall effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.008).Conclusion:Endoscopic super-hemorrhoidal banding has a significant effect in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids combined with rectal mucosal prolapse,with short operation time,low complication rate,and high clinical application value.
